From Division I College Athlete to Advocate, Attorney Sarah Brinkley knows exactly how to fight and win. Prior to opening Brinkley Law, Sarah spent 5 years advocating for the State of Indiana as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. In her career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, she successfully handled well over 1,000 criminal cases. Starting in the traffic, misdemeanor, and felony divisions and eventually moving to the prestigious Drug Unit. While serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Sarah developed and implemented electronic search warrants in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Sarah has also worked under a Special Prosecutor, which included traveling around the State of Indiana handling high profile and conflict cases. Prior to working as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Sarah gained experience in corporate and business law while interning in Washington, DC at Blank Rome, LLP, one of the Nation's Top 100 Law Firm's.
